Reading and replying

The agent
- Ask Muninn can search and read email, prepare drafts and propose actions across accounts.
- Large tasks can continue as background jobs with a run log and limits for time and usage.
- Contact frequency, reply patterns and relationships are precomputed locally for the agent.
- The approval queue binds approval to the reviewed material and requires fresh approval if it changes.
Sending
- Agent messages pass through an outbox with pacing, quotas and status per recipient.
- Pause and emergency stop halt pending agent messages in the queue.
- Uncertain delivery waits for your decision and is not retried automatically.
Rules and tasks
- Describe rules in your own words and test them on earlier email before activation.
- Choose which rules may act automatically and review the agent’s other action proposals.
- Schedule agent tasks with an instruction, scope and time zone and read results in the run history.
- Moves and flag changes are recorded in action history and can be undone.
Privacy
- Email, index and agent work stay on your own computer or server.
- Choose AI providers and models per task, with local mode and a zero-data-retention policy.

Platforms

- The server package runs Muninn on Ubuntu Server without a desktop and lets you pair your own devices.
- The Android app in beta lets you read, write, ask the agent and approve through your Muninn server.
