Try first, then buy. The free demo mode lets you try every feature with a fictional mailbox before buying. That is why we generally do not refund purchases.
Exceptions
- Muninn does not work on your computer. If your computer meets the system requirements and we cannot solve the problem, you get your money back. Get in touch within 30 days of purchase.
- The law gives you a right to a refund. This policy does not affect your rights under mandatory law.
How to ask
Write to support@muninnmail.app with the email address you bought with and the order number from your receipt. Payment is handled by our reseller Paddle, which refunds to the payment method you used, normally within 5–10 banking days.
Once a purchase has been refunded, the licence key stops being valid. See also the terms of sale and licence.
